PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW RETURN POLICY STARTING AUGUST 1ST.
Returns will only be accepted for an exchange or merchandise credit.
NO refunds will be issued for returned items on orders received after August 1st 2011*
If in any case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly except your return for an exchange or merchandise credit.
Returns for exchanges or merchandise credit are accepted within 15 days from the shipped date.
SALE items are final sale, not returnable or exchangeable. Sale items received will be refused and returned at the customer’s shipping expense.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges only accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
The product must be in perfect shape, unused, with hangtags attached and with hygienic protectors intact. The products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge 20% of handling fee and we will return the items to you. OndadeMar reserves the right to refuse any return in the case that the goods or items have been used or soiled in any way. A maximum of two exchanges per purchase will be allowed.
-Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment.
-If returning an item for OndadeMar credit, a merchandise credit will be issued to be redeemed online at any time for future purchases and will be valid for one year.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We will include a Return Authorization Form in every purchase. Please fill out the form completely and specify the size, style or color that you want.

We suggest that you track and insure your shipment as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that do not reach our facility.
